MEET OUR LEAD ATTORNEY
Edward J. Krug
Attorney Edward J. Krug is one of Pennsylvania’s foremost real estate and small-balance commercial lending attorneys, with 41 years of experience in the title, lending, and real estate industries. He is frequently called on by other attorneys to consult on complex real estate issues and has served as an expert witness in litigation.
Throughout his career, Attorney Krug has filled various executive-level positions within the national title and lending industries, including vice president, general counsel, and president. He has served as a counsel, director and president of The Title Appraisal Vendor Management Association (TAVMA). He has also served on the board of directors of the Real Estate Service Providers Organization (RESPRO). In 2005, he returned to private practice, specializing in small-balance commercial lending and closings.
Attorney Krug taught Real Estate Planning as an adjunct Professor at the Duquesne University School of Law and seeks to enhance the professionalism and skill of the practice through education.

CHELSEA MAGUE
Chelsea M. Mague is an attorney focusing in all aspects of transactional real estate law and estate planning and administration. Ms. Mague has experience with commercial and residential real estate transactions, title insurance and title clearance, financing, leasing, business formation and advisement, contract negotiation and preparation, estate planning and administration, and oil and gas law. She frequently counsels clients on structuring commercial credit facilities, securing collateral, and title curatives.
Notably, Ms. Mague manages, coordinates, and represents lenders throughout the process of their commercial real estate loan transactions, in addition to providing underwriting advisement and counsel. Ms. Mague also provides advisement and underwriting support for West Hills Closing Services, LLC, the firm’s in-house, full-service closing company.
Ms. Mague is a summa cum laude graduate of Slippery Rock University with both a BSBA in Business Administration and a BA in Spanish Business Administration. Ms. Mague also graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law, where she was an Executive Articles Editor for the Duquesne Law Review.
Ms. Mague is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, including the Real Property Section, Probate and Trust Law Section, and the Young Lawyers Division. She is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, where she serves as the Young Lawyers Division Liaison to the Real Property Section. WILLIAM RODGERS III
William Rodgers III is a civil trial attorney who focuses his practice on plaintiff personal injury litigation, commercial civil litigation, real estate litigation, insurance bad faith litigation, general and personal civil litigation, decedent’s estates, as well as other areas of general and commercial practice. He regularly litigates cases for his clients in state and federal court and has tried a number of cases to verdict. As a compliment to Mr. Rodgers’ extensive trial experience, he has broad experience as a general practitioner acquired during his employment as an attorney in a general practice law firm in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. He prides himself in leveraging his depth of knowledge to enhance all areas of his practice, particularly his litigation practice.
Mr. Rodgers graduated from John Carroll University and Duquesne University School of Law, where he studied under Mr. Krug. Mr. Rodgers is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rodgers is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
